This targets 1 Zombie-Type monster in your Graveyard and 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard. This effect resolves both parts simultaneously. If the targeted Zombie-type monster leaves your Graveyard, the target in your opponent's graveyard is still removed from play [REF1], [REF2]. If the targeted monster leaves in your opponent's Graveyard, or if you cannot remove it from play, you still Special Summon the targeted Zombie-type monster in your Graveyard [REF1], [REF2]. If the target in your Graveyard is no longer a Zombie-Type monster, it is not Special Summoned, but the target in your opponent's Graveyard is still removed from play. You cannot activate this card unless both Graveyards have 1+ legal targets. You cannot activate this card if your opponent controls "Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer" / "Imperial Iron Wall".
