Chaos Sorcerer was properly Summoned earlier and is now in the GY.
Yes. Chaos Sorcerer is Semi-Nomi and can be revived after a proper Summon. DAD and JD are Nomi and cannot be revived unless an effect ignores Summoning conditions.
If I declare an attack with Chaos Sorcerer and my opponent activates Return from the Different Dimension, can I cancel the attack and use Sorcerer in Main Phase 2?!

edisonformat.net ● If you take control of this card with a card effect, either player can activate a Fast Effect (like a Trap Card) before you get to activate this card's ①. ● If that target is flipped face-down before this effect resolves, it is not banished. edisonformat.com This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. (S) This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. (1) Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can remove from play 1 face-up monster on the field. (C) If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack this turn. The (S) Special Summon effect does not start a chain. If successfully summoned, "Chaos Sorcerer" can later be Summoned by "Call of the Haunted". The (1) Ignition Effect targets 1 face-up monster anywhere on the field. If the target is flipped face-down / leaves the field, the (C) Condition still applies. You can only activate "Chaos Sorcerer"'s effect once in a turn. This effect can be activated during Main Phase 1 or 2 of your turn. If "Chaos Sorcerer" did not declare an attack, you can activate its effect in Main Phase 2. The (C) Condition applies even if: the (1) effect resolved negated (by "Skill Drain"). "Chaos Sorcerer" declared an attack (even if a replay occured or if the attack was negated). The (C) Condition DOES NOT APPLY IF: the activation of the (1) effect was negated by "Divine Wrath".
