Debris Dragon and Dandylion are used to Summon Black Rose Dragon and its effect activates with Dandylion on the chain.
Yes. Dandylion must be Chain Link 1 and Black Rose Dragon is Chain Link 2, so the destruction is not the last thing to happen. Dupe Frogs destroyed by Black Rose will miss timing.
