If I tribute summon Caius by tributing Sangan, which effect triggers first?

Sangan is tributed to Summon Caius.
Both effects are mandatory, but Sangan's trigger happened first (sent to the GY as Tribute), so it is Chain Link 1. Caius's effect is Chain Link 2 because it triggers after the Summon is successful.

It doesn't matter that it's opponent's Sangan because early trigger overrides turn-player (more in SEGOC)
