Can I activate Starlight Road to Saber Slash or Elemental HERO Stratos, and how is that different from Heavy Storm? Can Stardust Dragon negate those effects?✓
Your opponent activates Saber Slash or Stratos, and you are considering Starlight Road or Stardust Dragon in response.
Starlight Road can only be activated when it is certain that 2 or more of your cards will be destroyed. Saber Slash and Stratos can destroy cards on either side and the number of your cards destroyed is not guaranteed at activation, so Road cannot be chained. Heavy Storm attempts to destroy all Spell/Traps, so if you control 2 or more, Road is legal. Stardust Dragon can negate effects like Saber Slash or Stratos that would destroy cards on the field when they resolve.

● When you activate this effect, you must declare which effect you are using.
● You can't choose the destroy effect if you control no other HERO monsters.
If you choose the destroy effect:
● Starlight Road can't be chained.
● Stardust Dragon's effect can be chained.
● You must destroy at least 1 card (unless you control no Hero monsters, in which case you destroy none).

(1) When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can select and activate 1 of these effects:
(A) Destroy Spell or Trap Cards on the field up to the number of "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero" and "Evil Hero" monsters you control (not counting this card).
(B) Select and add 1 "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero" or "Evil Hero" from your Deck to your hand.

Your other face-up "Elemental / Destiny / Evil Hero" monsters are counted when this effect resolves.
This effect does not count "Hero Kid" towards your face up HERO monsters.
The (B) effect CANNOT be activated while "Thunder King Rai-Oh" is face-up on the field.
This effect cannot add "Hero Kid".
