A player must draw beyond the remaining cards in their Deck.
Yes. You lose by deck out when you cannot draw the required cards, even if Exodia would be completed.
If Super Rejuvenation makes me draw more cards than I have in my Deck, do I lose even if I would draw into Exodia?!
Super Rejuvenation resolves and you are required to draw more cards than remain in your Deck.
Yes. You lose as soon as you are required to draw and cannot; Exodia does not win mid-resolution of a single effect.

● This isn't an effect; it's a condition. It just happens as soon as you have all 5 pieces in hand.
● The victory "check" happens in between chain links, but not while resolving effects.
EG: If you draw the last piece with "Graveful Charity", you must discard first.
EG: If you activate 2 "Reckless Greed", and draw the last piece with the 1st, you win before the 2nd resolves.
● If both players draw all 5 pieces at the same time, everbody wins! It's a draw.

If both players have all 5 of the cards listed on "Exodia the Forbidden One" in their hand at the same time, such as if both players start with all 5 of the cards in their opening hand, or if both players draw all 5 cards by the effect of "Card Destruction", the game is declared a DRAW.
