Yes. Dandylion's trigger condition was met when it was sent to the Graveyard, so it still activates in Edison even if it is returned to the Deck before the chain finishes.
If Cyber Valley's third effect targets a card in the Graveyard and it is removed, what happens?!
Cyber Valley activates its third effect and the targeted card is removed by D.D. Crow or Transmigration Prophecy.
Cyber Valley still banishes itself and the card from your hand as the cost. The targeted card does not move because it is no longer in the Graveyard, so the effect resolves without that part.
