CL2 Torrential Tribute resolves destroying all monsters, and then CL1 Lonefire Blossom summons a plant from the deck.

Dark Grepher is successfully Summoned by discarding Destiny Hero - Malicious. Because the Summon does not start a chain, the turn player retains priority to activate the first Spell Speed 2+ card/effect before the opponent can respond with D.D. Crow or Torrential Tribute. The turn player also holds Ignition Effect Priority.

● Like most Trap cards, this card can miss the timing.
For example, if "Jar of Greed" was activated,
and "Call of the Haunted" is chained to it,
this card can't be activated when that monster was Summoned,
as the Summon was not the last thing to happen
(Jar of Greed drawing a card was).
